(rel=”nofollow”) on hyperlinks will not improve your website rank? Is this true? Yes. It will not improve your website ranking as search engine will ignore it when it find (rel=”nofollow”) on hyperlinks.
Therefore, do not bother to leave comment at blog which have this (rel=”nofollow”) on their hyperlinks.
I did that a lot before I read this post.

Hey! Good piece of information here. Thanks!
Oh lordy..as soon as I reached your 2nd para, I quickly checked my source code..phew, got follow hahaha..anyhoo, thx for dropping by my blog, cheers !:)
Hehe… MW, leave comment is good for everything. We can exchange idea ma. And encourage each other some more.
Ranking is much less important then.
All the blogs have rel=”no follow” for comments unless the link love plugin is installed. It doesnt mean that you should not comment on blog. Commenting will improve the reach of your blog.
Nirmal, I agree with you. I will keep commenting and give some good opinion or advise.
Let keep blogging!!!
Nofollow should be the way. There is No Nofollow – Do Follow – I Follow community @ bumpzee.com headed by Andy Beard if you guys interested to join.
But make sure to check for bad link though. Cause by allowing DoFollow, you get the risk of linking to bad neighbourhood without your knowledge – which is not very good from Google point of view.
I am not to discourage but just as a reminder.
Cheers.
