Launch Remote Desktop Connection at Run – shortcut

Cannot find where is the remote desktop connection shortcut? No worries.
Just click ‘start’ -> ‘Run…’ -> type ‘mstsc‘ in and click OK-> then you have it – remote desktop connection. 🙂

Well, it is as simple as ABC, right? Okay, enjoy your remote desktop. Don’t need to go on-site to support / troubleshoot anymore…

    • Jai,

I cannot really help you to fix your ROOT issue, but I can suggest to you get an old ps2 keyboard. . . when your computer is having driver/software/etc issues it can a lot of times not recognize USB devices (keyboard/mouse). . . you can get one for probably $5 at your local store. . .
