I am using 400D have not really encounter backfocus problem, do not have 50mm lens. click from Fredmiranda, probably u have read about the backissue problem too over the review there.. All the shots were took more than 45cm. Yet it still fail to focus sometime. And sometime lock on but back focus. I wonder why...
