Yeah… Finally I got my Apacer Audio Steno AU231 512MB version. Why I got it? It is so simple. All I did is apply a Citibank Berhad credit card. That’s all. Actually I am a little bit upset with Citibank Berhad service. It was slow this time and I did not know why. It took them 3 months to send this gift to me after I followed up with them for so many times until they do not like me (I think :P ). This is my second Citibank Berhad credit card. I got my first gift 1 week after I got my card. It was very fast therefore I expect the second one should be the same or about the same. Not like 3 months… :(

I would like give my special thanks to Mr Michael Chong, Internet Support Service and Mr Eddy OW, Internet Sales Department for this gift. They helped me a lot on this follow up stuffs. Thanks guys.

Yeah! My Citibank Berhad reward came finally…

However, it does not end here. Huh? The earphone I got is faulty. One of the channel does not have sound. So what should I do? Ask for another replacement? Hmm… I will let Mr Michael Chong to tell me. By the way, during the last call to Mr Eddy OW. He told me that he left Citibank Berhad. Does he really out of Citibank Berhad or scare of me??? I wonder…

This is Citibank latest reply from Miss Lily Ariffin. Someone did call me but I did not manage to receive it. It were just 2 missed call. Anyway, I don’t want to disturb Citibank Berhad anymore lately. Let’s wait for another 4 weeks. Will I get a new one? I wonder… :)
