This snatch thief problems still not solve due to the ability or I can say intelligent of the local police! All you can do is just make a report to the nearest police station, that’s it!
I feel very bad for those victims, especially those cases happen at night time.
You may wanna recall the case years back where Nanyang Press reporter was been pull by those ‘in-humanity’ peoples and fall to death!

1. We cannot blame the police 100%. Citizen plays a huge role in safety of our own land. It’s community’s role to work together to take care of each other. If a snatching happens, and people around took action to help in various ways e.g. chase, stop them, beat them up. At least when they wanna snatch they will think twice. If this happen in europian countries, many will help by giving chase and so on. We don’t want to have a community like China where every one juz look when pick pocket take place in crowded places in the public. The jaga diri attitude enable to thieves to act more without fear.
2. If you look at the video propoerly, the bike has been riding round and near the lady from the begining of the video a few times (at least twice). I learnd the lesson that we have to be alert on our surroundings. Would it be safer for her to lock her bag inside the car??? I do always lock my car when i get down to pump fuel.
