Yes, it’s time to see everyone in EA group together again. We had our MY EA Q3′08 F2F Meeting on 9/9/08. The purpose of the meeting are Continue to foster closely team relationship among team members, Discovery each other unique strengths/talents and Set group 3-year direction and goals. EA group consist several new faces like Kheng Huat, Irene, Ping Ping and Jayce while the existing members are Marcus, Sherlyn, Kean Nam, Wai Foong, Rama and Chandra. EA group is separated into Kulim and Penang. Therefore, we need to have more F2F meeting to tighten our relationship with each other.
MY EA Q3′08 F2F Meeting
Without further ado, we started our first agenda ~ Building team relationship games/activities which lead by Sherlyn and Irene. It was table tennis. All of us showed our best in the games. Some of us were playing foosball while waiting for the turn to play table tennis. We had a great time with playing these ice breaking games.

Team strength report-out and informal discussion was the next following agenda. It was lead by Rama and Ping Ping. In this section, all of us got to know each other strengths. In order to know our own strengths, we took a questionnaire which consists of 102 questions. Woo, that’s a lot. Luckily, we just needed to select from 1 to 10 on each question. By sharing and knowing each other strength, we can leverage each other strength to achieve a competitive edge. Go EA, Go EA, Go… Go… Go…
Okay, here is your strength.
Kheng Huat took the chance to show us EA group Rev0.1 direction and goals. It was a long and interesting topic. We had a great discussion until forgot to have our lunch.
EA must have a clear direction…
Domino’s Pizza was our lunch for that day. Some of us did not waste the time to discuss about business stuffs during lunch time.
Which one should I eat?
Okay, back to business. We were divided into 2 groups to discuss about EA group 3-years direction and goals. We identified our 2011 destination statement/value proposition and 3 key focus areas (vertical pillars) and foundation pillars (e.g. people development, positive culture, etc). It was a good discussion.
EA in 2011 will be like a house?
Finally, we ended this F2F meeting after captured our start of our 3 years journey. It’s time to walk toward the goal now.

I bet you are enjoying yourself working with them… btw, can you say hi to your team for me ah? hahaha :-p
