Jayce, guess what, you’re not alone. I hate Citibank. Maybank and CIMB do a much better job in customer service. I signed up for AirAsia citibank card. Premium is a Benetton luggage bag. I chased it with a complaint letter and 5 phone calls. They always pretend to be surprised I haven’t got my bag. Their promoter lied to me about not having to pay government tax for the card, because Citi covers it. Of course found out I was cheated. My card comes with travel protection. I called officer to verify the details, officer say not applicable for my card. Called Officer No 2, officer says got insurance but not sure the details and will call me back. Of course she never did. Called again and Officer No 3 said got and can send me the T&C as well. Takes 3 calls to settle one sinple question.
Then I asked about using Master card Secure Code. The Customer Service had no idea what it is and kept on insisting I key in just my CVC number for online transaction. I had to give her an education about Verify by Visa and Secure Code by Mastercard. She still didn’t understand. I gave up and hung up the phone.

My RED HOT 2 GB Philips gogear Mp3-player .. can’t connect to my computer anymore. It starts charging, but the mp3-folder doesn’t show on the computer screen!! I can’t add new songs and stuff since I can’t even open it in the computer : ..Plz..HELP!!!………

WITH NOTHING on it.Please how do i down load some music.

i got problem in this player what to do.when i join it in pc it shows all the files but when it taken out from pc it doesnt show anything and it even works.its off..

citibank is not a slow slow company, reason behind is because they are offering 2 type of mp3 player. 1 is with video function and another one is without video function. customer have to fill up an form to select your gift. some customer did not aware of this, that’s the reason why it’s slow. some more in the application form, already stated when you applying for their card. Need 6 to 8 weeks time to deliver the free gift to you. plz go and check in the market. how many bank can offer free gift when you are applying for the card?

hi jayce..i also got a gift from that jcms proreward..it’s latest sony dvd player..just nice in green..but what makes me get think*1000..i never fill up any credit card application..or whatever form that i can get anything…but that gift come from where? it’s very surprising…i’m afraid if later i have to pay 4 that dvd player..pliz help me fren…!
