These are porcupines i think, because hedgehogs’s spikes arent that hard. They are more like hair thats a bit harder, but they arent as hard as those from the porcupines, shown on the picture. But thats what I think, I might be wrong.

Baby hedgehogs spikes are soft when they’re born – it’s only when they’re older that they get hard and prickly. ^-^

They aren’t blue, it’s because they’re too young and the skin it’s too skinny, so the veins, who’re blue, gives then this color.
