		<description>Why not just use gparted? It supports not only NTFS and FAT, but also many other file systems such as EXT/2/3/4, ReiserFS, etc. You just need to get hold of any Linux OS that can run as a LiveCD (I recommend the latest Ubuntu desktop). It&#039;s absolutely free too. I&#039;ve used it to resize my partition and it works.

Also, if you really wanna run native 64-bit everything, not 64-bit OS + 32-bit software, you should look at the open source OS varieties.

I&#039;m dual-booting an Vista Ultimate 64-bit and Ubuntu 9.04 64-bit. Windows for games, Photoshop and Lightroom, everything else is Linux :-)</description>
