Does honeydew bird’s nest jelly mooncake taste good? Yes. But I cannot get the bird’s nest feel. It just like normal jelly to me.

All kind of mooncake … I still prefer the nutty nuts (mix nuts) mooncake… More traditional… :p
BTW, the moon cake is so soooooo soooooooooo expensive.
