Yeah… Here comes another great SuperRAM ROM from darkstone. This build is based on HTC Desire ROM with Sense. Yes, HTC Sense lovers will like this wonderful Android ROM. Thanks to darkstone and all the developers who help to make it. It is a fast loading ROM because Android OS file system is stored in RAM before it is booted. It is definitely faster than normal SD card build (on loading process).
By the way, this build is based on Android 2.2 Froyo and using hastarin r8.6 eb_oldcam custom kernel. Since this is the first release of HTC Sense build, do expect some bugs like notification LED’s only blink once and rare robot voice bug flying around. But this will not stop us to try it…

Hi Jayce,
Can you please tell me how you got the background on your phone (as seen in the above pic)?
I’m currently trying this, but I’m having problems with ringtones, I’ve tried copying the media folder to the root of the sd and moving it to the Android folder, but when I go to settings/sound/ringtone there is nothing in the dropdown, can you please tell me what I might have done wrong?
Thanks
That is the live wallpaper.
As for the ringtone, I am not too sure because I do not use SD Android anymore. Maybe you can try out Ringdroid – https://www.jayceooi.com/2011/01/19/how-to-create-custom-ringtones-alarms-and-notification-sounds-for-android/
Hi Jayce,
I want to fix the camera using HTCCamera APK for 5 Mega Pixel found on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=815844
and the installation says:
Make sure your /system is R/W not R/O.
1. Putting the HTCCamera.apk into your HD2 SD Card using File Explorer with root access, copy he fixed HTCCamera.apk to /system/app and overwrite the original one, if you can find HTCCamera.odex in the /system/app, please delete it.
My questions are what does it mean by “Make sure your /system is R/W not R/O.”
and I can’t find HTCCamera.odex in the /system/app, is there one in this rom?
Thanks
1. R/W == read or write. R/O == read only.
2. Sorry, I can’t test this Android ROM because I am using NAND Android now.
I have just downloaded and booted this ROM on my HTC HD2, but I have noticed that the SD card isn’t read in this ROM. I used to have the SuperRAM Froyo ROM and it worked perfectly until not too long ago. When it stopped working I started looking for a different ROM. I like the UI of SENSE better than FROYO but for some reason this ROM doesnt read the sd card hence not letting me us the camera. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
HOW CAN THIS PROBLEM BE FIXED?
Sorry to inform that this Android ROM development was discontinued. You might need to try other Android ROM if this one got issue…
