Download MDJ Gingerbread NAND Android ROM for HTC HD2

As I said before on SD card Android 2.3 Gingerbread build on HTC HD2 is not perfect yet, this one on NAND memory is not too. It is based on Android 2.3.1 Gingerbread (GRH78) and using MDJ S9.3 OC Kernel with ext4 support. This kernel fixed Wi-Fi MAC address issue so 2 or more Android HTC HD2 can use the same access point. So far left 2 items that are not working ~ GPS and USB storage.

Software information

Note – not every application is working on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. For example, Quadrant Advanced is not working. So I don’t have the score for this build…

in your words “new ROm” means this file? “DFT_LEO_NAND_Android” or “DFT_LEO_MAGLDR113_DAF”…

    thank you

    • Did you change PC or change anything lately? Your system should be able to detect phone in USB mode just like last time you did.

New rom == new Android ROM like DFT_LEO_NAND_Android.

  8. Hi I have a LEO Stock Desire NAND android and I want to switch to this gingerbread. My unit is TMOUS 1024. Can you please give me a step by step guide? I will really appreciate it. Thanks.

  9. So since I already have all the prerequisites (having the LEO STOCK already on my HD2), I can go straight in flashing this new ROM you referred to? Thanks.

  10. Hi Jayce,

I need your help. I have a HD2 device from a friend and looks like he has screwed up the device. Originally it was on WM 6.5, then he installed Android and installed back WM 6.5. But the WM 6.5 is not the original.

Now the device is not recognized by any PC (XP, Vista or Windows 7) nor by HTC Sync.

Android was installed with CWM method.

I want to install Android, any version is OK. I wanted to redo all the processes. HSPL3–>Custom ROM–>MAGLDR–>ClockWorkMode. But it is not working.

Can you please suggest what I need to do?

  11. And I have this ptoblem. How I install this rom my magdler now not work i can’t select usb flasher or ad recover.that we need to do?

    • Hi edvinas, please make sure that you have Windows Mobile Device Center installed on Windows Vista / Windows 7 or ActiveSync installed on Windows XP.
