Haha thanks
Love your blog! Are you changing to other phones any time soon?
HD2 is getting old…

I bought mine at the same time as yours too.
Yes, HTC HD2 is getting old. Thinking of changing to Samsung Galaxy S II or HTC EVO 3D. But most of the Android software (except 3D games) can be ran at HD2 too. Maybe I will skip this generation phone and wait for quad core…

Right now, I’m going to go with Hanwang because it has the MAJOR advantage of not requiring internet permissions.
All the other IMEs require a bloated and pretty indefensible list of permissions, including Internet Access. Hangwang only requires “Read phone state and identity”, nothing else. Pretty important given an IME reads everything you enter.
I try a few of Chinese input. They support well in Simplify but not Traditional.
I notice a few word cannot recognise on Traditional Chinese. They will simply showing simplify Chinese instead.
For the same token, it will not happen on IOS, Symbian, mango and brew.
Andriod OS try on 2.3 and gingerbread. I have not try it on ice-cream as I don’t have.
for Traditional Chinese input, which one do you recommend?
No comment as I don’t write in Traditional Chinese.
