GameLoft, the official game publisher for Asphalt 6, based on normal play mode, it is not possible for player to exceed the high score of 150,000. With that, GameLoft has requested for all participating countries to send players (with valid registration) who have scored within the range of 110,000 – 150,000 score.

Above was the statement given by WCG Korea after I made enquiry through Malaysia WCG Strategic Partner, PIKOM. (original email, Asphalt 6 rules)

Shocked and disappointed… I couldn’t believe when Tiffany Chung (PIKOM Project Manager) told me through phone that players with more than 150,000 score do not qualify to Pan Asian Championship. Based on the Samsung Mobile Challenge press release (link), the top 2 rankers from each country will be invited to the WCG 2011 Pan Euro / Asian Championship.

Normal play mode… What does this mean? Does it mean that as long as you don’t use any cheat software to hack the score, it is considered normal play mode? I can’t find this guideline in Asphalt 6 Online Preliminary Rules. All I know that I need get as highest score as I can. And I did rank 1st in Malaysia Asphalt 6 Online Preliminary but was not selected (link)…

How to get high score in Asphalt 6 Adrenaline HD WCG 2011?

  • Get 1st position.
  • Knock down as many cars as you can.
  • Drift as much as you can.
  • Jump as far as you can.
  • Collect all the money (bonus).
  • 0 wreck.

These are the official ways to get high score. And you can get super high score if you are willing to give up the 1st position. In short, you need to lose to get super high score. Based on Asphalt 6 Online Preliminary rules, it does not require us to win in order to register score. Just need to register score after play. This was what I did – collected all the money, wondering around the 2 laps by knocking down cars, drifting… No rules mention that I cannot go reverse mode (wrong way). So I just keep knocking down cars and drifting to generate more score. Is that wrong?


Unstoppable!

Unstoppable! mode is the best, fastest, easiest way that I know to get high score in Asphalt 6 Adrenaline HD WCG 2011. As you can see from the picture above, I can get 120,000 score easily with 1 Unstoppable! 1 million score with 10 Unstoppable! So is my 19,408,872 score (update time 2011-09-23 23:00:51) not considered normal play mode? Hey, I did not use any cheat program or hack the scoring at profile save game. I just discovered the best ways to get highest score in the shortest time. Is that wrong too?

Gameloft managed to fix the loop hole in Asphalt 6 Adrenaline HD WCG 2011 version 1.0.1. You need to win in order to register score. Can’t register score when you lost the game. So there is no way to get super high score in v1.0.1. However, v1.0.1 only came out on 2011-09-24 while my score was submitted at 2011-09-23. 1 day before the patch came out. So my score is not valid anymore?

I am just an amateur gamer. And I managed to 140,000 score in v1.0.1. Personally, I don’t think that getting more than 150,000 score is not possible for professional gamers. From my point of views, the scoring should be like this…

Beginner – 0 to 50,000.
Amateur – 50,001 to 150,000.
Professional – 150,001 to 250,000.

I believe some elite pro gamers can get more than 250,000 score too. This is totally unfair to these pro gamers. Gameloft should improve its ranking system rather than select players with score lower than 150,000 to participle. Does it mean that all the pro gamers are out from the competition?

Err… What is the point of getting all stars and fully upgraded cars Asphalt 6 Adrenaline HD WCG 2011? I trained hard. Practice and practice… And I get nothing in the end.

My advice to China gamers who are playing right now. Score 149,999 just below 150,000 or you don’t get the chance to participle like me. Or the best solution ~ don’t bother to play Asphalt 6 Adrenaline HD WCG 2011 at all. Put your time and effort on other important stuffs. Cheer… ;)
