    Great step by step guide with video 🙂 thanks!

    Rooted and works, now i can play games with my ps3 controller, how cool this is?!
    Yep, tested it last night and pad works also in menu/”desktop”

    I wonder, if i want to “unroot” my note2, simply just search for original firmware xxx.tar.md5 and same steps?
    OR
    First factory reset and after that put orig. firm with ODIN? Could that be so easy, maybe i need to try… little guide would be nice 😉

    //I´m a little stubborn (:

    Elsewhere i read that updates via OTA is possible with “Voodoo OTA ROOTKeeper”, that temporarily unroot phone with just one click for updates…

  12. Hi Jayce,

    Just to double check, when i downloaded the cf-auto root from the link that you mentioned, it is a zip file. When i extracted the zip file it is a file.tar.md5

    Base on the video tutorial that you posted, i should be selecting a .tar file.

    Is the .tar.md5 file same with the .tar file in your video tutorial?

  13. Hi Jayce,
