Download best Android ROM for HTC HD2

tytung is the man behind NexusHD2 Android ROMs and kernels. Yes, I can say that NexusHD2 is the best Android ROM for HTC HD2. tytung has done a great job to develop both kernel and ROM. From Android Froyo, Gingerbread to Ice Cream Sandwich and Jelly Bean. Many other Android ROMs are using its kernel too. tytung is still cooking Android ROM for HTC HD2 right now. However, you can’t find it on XDA Forum anymore. But at his very own forum now. Not sure why XDA Forum ‘forces’ him leave there. He is not the first one and will not be the last. Just too bad to see such a good developer leaving a good development site.

  3. Bit confused on the timeframes here.

The article is dated January 11, 2015 but the comments date back 2 years. What’s the deal?

If this blog is still maintained. Yes, I’m using my HD2 full-time yet again. Would you still consider NexusHD2 to be the best rom. I’m already running it from 2013 haha.

  4. Hi Jayce,

May I ask you how to convert my HTC HD2 into the latest OS? Its my first time doing it. Would you kindly guide me along?

    Greatly appreciated.

  5. Good afternoon,

Thank you for your work, HTC HD2 is a nice phone, and without your rom and other developer’s I don’t see a way to keep it working and up to date.
I installed recently the 4.4.4 version of android, cyanogenmod version 11.0-M9Leo, kernel version 2.6.32_tytung, it works perfectly except one minor thing, which is the fm radio.
I am wondering is there a chance of seeing that working again ?

    have a great day
