Yeah… Finally, this is the day that I have waited for long long time. Intel stock is finally fight back. Intel stock close at $24.24 after gain $1.01 or 4.35% in one day. This is Intel 52-week new high.
Why? Analyst change Intel rating from neutral to buy. And with target price $28.00 from $22.00 in 12-month price target. Wow, that is around 30% increase in 1 year. You can find more information at here and here.
Actually, Intel stock price should be around $28-32 level. It dropped lately until $16-20 level due to less earning from CPU sales. However, all the situation changed after Intel launched Core 2 CPU. It is the most powerful CPU on earth for the moment.
Up Up Up… Let hope it will up more and more. ![]()
Advertlets… What is this? Never heard of it. Advertlets is an Asian blog/weblog advertising network that offers the remarkably sensible proposition of targeted, unintrusive advertising that benefits the online advertising and blogger community, as well as their readers.
I joined this on 28 May 2007. Advertlets is kinda new to me. I also joined another Malaysia’s advertising company which called itself “Asia’s First Blog Advertising Community” on 23 May 2007. Both of them still Beta stage. It is a good start for Malaysian’s company in advertising world. Hopefully, we can go further to Asia or even world wide in serving advertisement. Malaysia Boleh!!!
Why signed up with Advertlets? Of course, it is to earn more pocket money for blogger like me.
Besides, it pay in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). I like it because I can cash out my earning after reach RM100 compare to Google Adsense which pay in USD that required more than 100 USD in order to get the payment (some more need to wait for the cheque from US and bank in also need time to process foreign cheque). That will certainly take some time for those low traffic website (like mine :P). By the way, did I mention that Advertlets required 0 minimum unique visit per day compare to other that required at least 20 minimum. He… He… My account show RM0.20 earning after 2 days of showing its advertisement. It is a good start for me. The other company still nothing after serving for week. And it did not have ad to serve at my website for the moment. ![]()
I hope that Advertlets has given referral bonus to us. Therefore, blogger will be happy to refer other to join it in return for some revenue. My friend got 5 USD after refer me to join Google Adsense. That is good. Maybe Advertlets should consider it also. It sure help a lot.

Are you a seldom make call mobile phone user? You only make call once in a while. All you do is received call most of the time. And you need to reload your prepaid phone in order to keep it activate. If yes, here is a guide for you to save your money. By the way, this guide is only work on Hotlink plan. Although Celcom Xpax and DiGi Prepaid still work with it but it is not worth it.
There is a function in Hotlink plan called - Share-a-Top Up. You can share your credit among anyone in Hotlink plan. You can share RM5-9 for 3 days validity (active time) or RM10++ for 7 days validity. There are RM0.50 charges per transaction. Here are the guide for Hotlink, Celcom and DiGi.
Take me as example… I did not reload for quite a long time. If not mistaken I reload RM30 only half a year. My parents and I are not heavy user on mobile phone. We usually call using home telephone which the call rate is much cheaper than mobile phone rate. I use Skype to make IDD call anyway… Therefore, it waste my money to reload RM30 every month to keep it activate. The guide work like this… I share RM10 to my parent to keep their phone activate. They will share back RM10 to me on the 7th day (the last active day). Example, I share to them on Monday. They share back to me on Sunday. And this continue forever until we run out of credit to share. Then we have to reload it.
It cost me RM2 (4 x RM0.50 transaction fee) per month to keep my prepaid activate compare to RM30 using reload card. RM24 yearly only compare to RM260 yearly using reload card. This guide is definitely not for user who use more than RM50 per month. Get yourself a postpaid plan if you are heavy user. Of course I do need to pay on my home telephone bill but it is much cheaper then using mobile phone. Hope this guide can help you save some money. ![]()

How to save money for the future?
Everyone must have this question in mind. Included me.
Do you keep some money for your future? If no, it is not too late to start right now. Earlier the better. I start to learn financial planning after out of university. 3 years of knowledge that I have gained. Some of my friend already started their own financial planning when they were teenager while some still wondering around with no plan in mind.
Better have one in place else you will find yourself end with less or no money with you all the time.
Access your financial condition is the first step I took. Find out all the asset you got. Ask yourself these questions. How much cash I have in bank? Any fixed deposit in bank? Own any company share? Any unit trust in hand? Do I own a house? Have any car? List down all of them and calculate how much total value are they. Then you will know your current asset available with you right now. I do not have any house or car after coming out from university. Most of us will be the same except you have a very rich dad. Then you might have a car or even a house already. Or ever more. Therefore, we need to earn money to buy all these stuff to survive. There is a cruel world out there.
Besides asset, now is the time to find you your liability. Do you owe anyone money? Do you take any loan to buy house, car…? Hurry up come out all of them. For my case, I owe PTPTN (education loan in Malaysia) only for the moment. Luckily… It is not a big amount. It will take me 15 years to pay them back all the loan by monthly installment.
