Yeah… Here is another Samsung Galaxy S4 issue ~ Wi-Fi intermittent disconnects. HTC One fans, are you happy now? All right, back to the issue. I usually keep my Galaxy S4 connected to 3G data connection. Seldom use WiFi even I am at home unless I am downloading big size files. So I did not notice much about this intermittent disconnect WiFi issue. Yes, I do face this issue too with my D-Link router (TM Streamyx bundle modem – D-Link DSL-2640B) just like everyone else. By the way, my Google Nexus 4 also failed to detect that router at first. Solved after changing wireless channel.
Err… My Samsung Galaxy S4 is not problem free. I heard several users complaint about slow loading of their Galaxy S4 camera. And faced hang, crash and auto reboot issue. I tried to duplicate this issue but failed until this early morning. Yes, my Galaxy S4 rebooted by itself after I switched from rear camera to front camera. Again, I tried to duplicate this issue again but failed.
I believe not everyone will go to read the whole Samsung Galaxy S4 User Manual. Here is a little trick that can help you save some time since I saw several users faced Galaxy S4 frozen and unresponsive issue. Normally, we take out battery and put it back on to let phone reboot. Well, you don’t have to do so because it is troublesome to remove back cover. Furthermore, most of us will have a case on Galaxy S4. Therefore, Samsung has a solution for this kind of issue.
Multi window is one of the features in Samsung Galaxy series that you cannot miss. You can use 2 applications on the screen at the same time with Multi window enabled on Samsung Galaxy S4. For example, watch music video while browsing Internet, reply email while checking on Facebook update and a lot more. You can enable this kind of multi-tasking as long as the Android application supports it. ChatON, Chrome, Facebook, MX Player, YouTube are some of the applications that support Multi Window. Wish to all more apps there? Ask the application developer to support it or root your Galaxy S4…

Samsung Galaxy series firmware has 2-way in call recording feature hidden. You can enable it but root access is needed in order to unlock it. So I can’t do so on my unrooted Samsung Galaxy S4. So how to enable 2-way in call recording on Galaxy S4 in this case. Well, there are lots of applications on Google Play Store that provide this in call recording ability. InCall Recorder is working well on my Galaxy S3. Guess what? It is working perfectly on Galaxy S4 as well.
