Free Intel Core2 Extreme quad-core processor QX9650!!! Yes, you did not read it wrong. Intel Malaysia is giving out Intel Core2 Extreme quad-core processor QX9650 for FREE. But it is engineering sample, not production unit. What is engineering sample? Basically, it is not for sales. It should be used within Intel or by authorized personnel outside of Intel for purposes of testing, evaluating, and/or pre-configuring systems. Engineering sample processors are designed and built like normal processors, but offer additional features for testing purposes.

How is HTC One X battery life? HTC One X has 1800 mAh battery capacity. Based on specification, it is not much for a quad-core smartphone with 4.7″ 720p HD screen. I am not surprise here because HTC always put smaller capacity size battery on its smartphones (compare to competitors). HTC HD2 has 1230 mAh battery capacity only with 4.3″ large screen 3 years ago. And I still manage to get a whole day of battery life on normal usage (on Android 2.3 Gingerbread of course). How about HTC One X battery life? Let’s find out…

There is a new firmware update for Samsung Galaxy S III in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam region. Samsung is pushing OTA update on Samsung Galaxy S3 more frequent lately. Better than HTC which was well known for fast OTA update. I am still waiting for the latest update for my HTC One X which removes the annoying 3 dots menu soft button. Months of waiting and still nothing… Anyway, what are the new features or changes in Samsung Galaxy S3 XXBLH1 Firmware? Let’s me know after you upgraded yours.

Wow… I got my mom’s Redmi 1S yesterday. The delivery is fast. I was hoping to get it on Saturday but FedEx didn’t show up. Surprise!!! FedEx delivered it on Sunday. I thought Sunday is not a working day for both FedEx and UPS. Guess that I was wrong. Based on Mi Malaysia website, you should get Xiaomi product within 6-8 working days after paid. Guess that I am a little bit lucky. My sister who ordered Redmi Note should receive hers today because the package is on FedEx vehicle for delivery as of 12:22pm.
