Paramount Property (Utara) Sdn Bhd (PPUSB) is where I used to work before… It is a long story back then. It is my first job after come out from university. Working as Customer Relationship management (CRM) Executive. What is CRM? It must be something related to customer service, right? No. Not at all for my case. Huh? I was hired to manage the CRM software which used in that company. So I am called CRM Executive. Get that?

PPUSB uses CRM software built by IFCA. It was a rubbish (at least when I left still is a rubbish like ORT project in my company. ha… ha… ). I do not know why but I always given a rubbish project to handle. In PPUSB, I need to follow up with IFCA software programmer to fix all the bugs that left over after signed User Acceptance Testing (UAT). It was management issue back then. They should not sign the UAT in the first place. In the end, they have to hire me to chase IFCA programmer to fix those bugs else the software hardly can use. By the way, the CRM software was created with PowerBuilder 6 with SQL 7. It is a very old software which cost RM100,000++. Yes, it is RM100,000 for a junk. IFCA should come out a newer version which power by Microsoft.NET right now. Hopefully, it does not have those bugs around.

No way. I checked with Friendster technical support. They said that I cannot turn off the new friendster message notification to my email inbox. Their reply, “You will still receive notifications for message alerts.We don’t have a feature to turn off the message alerts.”

Therefore, what I have done? Easy… I am using Gmail. So just click on “Report Spam” button la. Then, forever you will not receive any email from Friendster unless you enable back it. Cool huh? hehe…

I am i-City Portal fan. I like to use it to find the thing that I want to buy in Sungai Petani. It is the most complete business directory in Sungai Petani for the moment. I used to search product that I want to buy from there. For example, when I want to buy my new mobile phone, I will use their service to find mobile product at telecommunication @ i-City Portal. And their search function is also easy to use.

Okay… Back to the topic. I discover another new company website - SmartBuy which also provide about the same service as i-City Portal does. Guest what? SmartBuy copied i-City Portal’s contents for its own use. Come on… Be creative a little bit. Don’t just simple copy and paste. Change something or enhance it. You can copy others’ stuff if you have their permission else leave a link back to their website and state that you copy from there. That should be the right way in Internet world.

I know that piracy is high in Malaysia. But we still need to respect others’ intellectual property. Cannot just simply copy and paste. Agree?

Why? Why? Why? I really don’t know why it took so long to get my Canon EF 50mm f1.4 USM. My supplier is bad. After placed order for 3 weeks, it is still not arrive yet. When I asked him, he said, “No update.” What kind of service is this? Else I will have taken a lot of beautiful portrait photo already. I canceled the order from that supplier. And I need to find another supplier again. Is that really hard to get one?

I dropped by a photo shop at my home town Sungai Petani. I asked, “I want to place order for SLR lens.” Shopper replied, “SLR??” Come on… She even don’t know what is SLR. Luckily another shopper know what I was looking for. She said that they do not sale SLR stuffs at all. Her supplier only supply them point-and-shoot camera. She told me that I need to go to Penang for SLR. Come on… Sungai Petani, you need to grow up to be a big and advanced town already. No SLR in Sungai Petani? Ha… Ha…

I just remember that there is a fellow, CS who want to sell Canon Speedlite 580EX II to me last week. No response from him after I asked him about the warranty. Hmm… I want to take photo!!! And I need to have a better lens and flash!!! I need them ASAP!!!

Everyone, especially those live in Taman Batik. You need to be extreme careful when you see this car around. This driver is driving reckless and rudely. He did not stop when coming out from T-junction. I was nearly hit by this guy last few days. He did the same this morning. Coming out from junction without stopping at all. He just rush out. Luckily, I was far from him this morning else my car need to send to hospital.
