HTC HD2 should come with Windows Phone 7 when it launched. HTC HD2 hardware is capable to run WP7. However, Microsoft did not manage to hit the WP7 schedule, so HTC HD2 was shipped with Windows Mobile 6.5 instead. And Microsoft rejected to upgrade HTC HD2 to WP7 officially. Luckily, thanks to all the brilliant developers. We can have WP7 on our lovely HTC HD2 now. Here are the top 3 WP7 ROM that I tried…

Is your Android phone getting slower each day? Installed lot of application but don’t know which one is taking the most resources? Process Monitor Widget is the Android application that you need. It is All-in-one task-manager / monitoring widget / logcat reader / memory-cpu-sd / terminal. A nice application to test out the resources and performance of different Android ROM for HTC HD2.

Wow… Lot of NAND Android builds lately. Here is another one from xda-developer, imilka ~ Stock HD Sense. It is HTC Desire HD build that based on latest RCMixHD v3.0 [TELUS WWE 1.84] for Desire. Using Android 2.2.1 Froyo and Rafpigna 1.7 OC Kernel. By the way, it is deodexed, zipaligned and unsquashfsed build. So you need to have 400MB system layout on ClockworkMod Recovery. And all your data will be stored at ext partition on SD card.

Using CyanogenMod7 build and running low internal storage space? S2E (simple2ext) is here to rescue you (I mean your phone internal storage). Basically, S2E is app2sd for CyanogenMod7. There are 4 parts that you can move to SD card ~ applications, private apps, Dalvik cache and download cache. Select anyone of them that you want to move to sd-ext partition at SD card. I tested it on TyphooN CyanogenMod 7 NAND Android RAM Zip ROM for HTC HD2. And turned out successfully.
