Want to change CSC on your Samsung Galaxy S III and Samsung Galaxy Note II? You still can use the old method ~ type *#272*Device IMEI# at Phone dial pad on older Samsung Galaxy S3 firmware. However, latest firmware (like XXELLA) disabled this shortcut. And this method totally won’t work on Samsung Galaxy Note 2. How to change CSC then? No worry, CSC Changer application comes to rescue. Thanks to XDA Developer, bassie1995. However, root access is required.
Note – Changing CSC will factory reset your phone. Everything will be deleted. Do backup before perform this task.

Just flashed XXELLA firmware and bootloader on Samsung Galaxy S III but don’t like it? It will show red exclamation mark and counter = 1 during boot if you have custom kernel or custom recovery like CWM. Well, you can always install back old bootloader like Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich XXALEF bootloader back. But you might face sudden death issue again which suspected to be solved in this latest XXELLA firmware and bootloader. Anyway, the choice is yours…

Odin3 is a PC application to help us update Samsung Android devices firmware. Odin3 v3.07 is the latest version. What is the new feature added? Nand Erase All and T Flash are the one that I found. What are they used for? Personally, I don’t know as I always leave them unchecked. Anyway, you can use Odin3 v3.07 to install stock, custom firmware, kernel, bootloader, modem and CSC just like other Odin3 versions. They are workable on current Samsung Android devices. And should be workable for future devices like Samsung Galaxy S4 and Samsung Galaxy Note 3…
Yes, you can enable all application on one of the great features in Samsung Galaxy S III Premium Suite Upgrade ~ Multi Window now. More and more Android 4.1.2 firmware is available for Samsung Galaxy S3 like XXELKC, XXELL4, XXELL5 and XXELLA. All of them support Multi Window but only few applications can be used in that mode. Luckily, you can enable all applications in Samsung Galaxy S3 Multi Window with the same mod from developer who developed for Samsung Galaxy Note 2. As usual, root access and CWM are required.

Samsung firmware for its Android devices is almost the same. And Samsung is using CSC codes to control features available on Android devices and countries. So by editing the CSC feature.xml (or others.xml), you can enable some disabled features. This secret CSC is working on latest Jelly Bean firmware for Samsung devices like Samsung Galaxy S3, Galaxy Note 2… Not all CSC codes are working on your Samsung devices but no harm to try them.
