Yeah… I have HTC Incredible S ROM with “New Sense” on my HTC HD2 now. It should be the last generation phone from HTC (hope so). Can’t wait for next generation ~ dual core CPU phone like HTC EVO 3D to come out. By the way, based on ROM chef, imilka, Incredible Sense is much faster, smoother, and more responsible than Desire HD builds, and has same features. It is based on Android 2.2.1 Froyo and using Rafpigna 1.9 OC Kernel.
Quadrant score is low on HTC builds. This is normal for me. But I do not feel slowness on this build (of course, non-Sense build is faster) even most of the system applications are stored at SD card’s EXT partition.

How many partition did u did? I had ext3 and had error message on low memory storage and process htc sense quit unexpectedly.
2 partitions. 512MB EXT3 and the rest is FAT32 on 4GB SD card.

Jayce, i try to install the magldr , after successfully install it goes to HTC screen and nothing happen.
any ideas? i try latest and old version of magldr still the same.
MAGLDR is just a second bootloader. You need to continue to install OS like Android or WP7 in order to use your phone.
So what do i need to do now? It hang at HTC screen. I cannot do anything. So i also cannot continue to next step.
Did you install HSPL3, 2.15 radio and MAGLDR?
Hi Jayce, i have installed the HSPL , radio and MAGLDR <– this is the one make my HTC logo hang.
Just to double confirm. Do these steps.
1. Press volume down button (don’t let go) and power on your phone.
2. You should get ‘Red, Green, Blue and White’ screen with SPL-2.08.HSPL.

Good. Having SPL-2.08.HSPL installed on your phone is like buying insurance for your phone. Try to download MAGLDR rar file again. And install it again. If really cannot, flash back Windows Mobile. 🙂
hahah i think i need to revert back to windows and trade in with either iphone or android. cant do anything else with the phone.

Make a backup of your current ROM. Then you can try out any other Android ROM. You can always restore back after testing. :_

Nope, it is very simple. Just boot into recovery mode. And you will see backup and restore function there.
hi jayce.. im interested to use this rom. but the instructions on your installation guide with clockworkmod is kinda different with the contents of this rom.. (the contents of this rom is different compared to your tutorial). How can i install this rom (and other imilka’s rom)? i am already using gauner1986 hdfi 0.2 and i have clockworkmod installed, i have no partition on my 8gb card, and i have fulfilled all other pre-requisites. How can i proceed from here?

You need to create EXT partition on SD card first for A2SD+ build.

Finally, copy the new Android zip file to SD card and install.

so what i did were:
-created the ext3 partition, (1024mb, 0mb swap)
-reinstalled clockworkmod
-then wipe data and cache
-reinstalled clockworkmod again
-then installed the incredible sense rom
i managed to get it running (is the procedure is correct?), but is it normal that the phone storage shows only 142MB of free space? i thought it would be more since i made a partition of the sd card.. does this mean that i did make any mistakes?

You should able to see it on Ubuntu right after you put in SD card. The applications are stored at app folder on sd-ext partition. By the way, S2E is only for CyanogenMod 7 build. And you don’t need to install it again since this ROM already support A2SD+.

Shutdown your phone before remove SD card. Android is still accessing SD card while turn on.
If you can’t see apps in ext partition, then it is the Android ROM issue. Try other Android ROM see.

i was updating my htc incredible s, during this it was stopped and off. now its software is not working. i can’t even access to sd card or main start window. it just shows the hazard sign when i start it. i tried recovery and factory reset but nothing happen. What should i do to reinstall the original os again?
