You can only change CSC if your current Samsung Galaxy S III firmware has MultiCSC. But it is not true anymore with individual CSC packages for GT-I9300 and GT-I9305. Yes, no need to depend on CSC Changer and you can install CSC that you want with custom recovery like CWM or TWRP. As usual, CSC applies to Samsung Based ROM only and will not work on CM, AOSP or AOKP ROM. And only apply it if you know what you are doing…

Hi Jeff, correct me if I’m wrong. The CSC for Malaysia is XME right. I dont see this CSC in the XDA forum for I9300 but there’s one for I9305.
Can the one for I9305 be used for I9300 (I’m using S3).

this folder is at my galaxy s3 in root and i can see it with total comander which instaled in galaxy but i can see at my pc .

You can’t, Ivan. Copy the file to SD card, then copy to PC. Edit it. Copy it back to root.

Mark ROOT Explorer and Mount sistem folder
Then i have acces to edit and sawe sistem file .
