i downloaded this is my first nand android build and i followed the steps exactly from “‘https://www.jayceooi.com/2010/12/31/how-to-install-nand-android-on-htc-hd2/”‘ it did not go exacly as you said..after step 12 android been booted automatically i did not have to go to magdlr..i have not faced any problems so far but after first installation my pcs program compatibity assistant says “this program might not have installed correctly” and my device driver software says “device software not successfully installed”. at first use phone also seems a bit laggy.. i am wonder if i have done anything wrong….any thoughts?

As long as you have Android installed, you are fine. First boot is slow because it needs to do some of the installation / sync stuffs…
