Yes, When i connect my phone to the computer , kies will start and shows “connecting”for 15 minutes and Showing “An Error has occurred!” And telling Re boot Your Device.Does this CWM Recovery Help me to restore the data that I Backed Up???

I tried to restore my GS3 after a failed attempt to flash a custom rom. I did the backup using cwm beforehand. After using the restore function, the phone starts up but error windows letting me know that all of my apps won’t start keep popping up. The phone is now useless. Have you seen this before and do you know how to fix it?
