There are two telcos launch the S4 package tomorrow namely Celcom and Digi. Celcom offers the cheapest package RM 1188 for handset with a 2 years contract with monthly commitment RM88 consist of 5GB data plan and 60 minutes talk time and SMS. Celcom has two Black and white while Digi only has black mist. however, there is a bit confuse that Celcom’s S4 CPU is Exynos 5 1.6GHz Quad + 1.2GHz Quad (AP) XMM6360 (CP) while Digi’s S4 is 1.6GHz Octo-core, are they same chip?
