Everything is well-packed as usual. Take your time to unpack it. There are StudioBeats HD, shoulder strap, USB-C charging cable, AUX cable and user manual in the package. Be sure to go through the guide to know more about StudioBeats HD.

Excellent build quality. It is loaded with sturdy plastic housing with nice to touch fabric cover. Lightweight and portable. Stylish in design as well. You can’t miss the useful built-in handle on the top. And 2 slots to attach the shoulder strap.

All the speaker units are located in the front beside the SonicGear Logo. There are two 78mm bass drivers and two 31mm tweeters. The control buttons and microphone are located below the handle.

The 88mm bass radiators can be found on both left and right. The LED lights are there too. 3 animation effects can be selected.

Performance Result
Outstanding Bluetooth 5.3 range! SonicGear StudioBeats HD can connect up to 9m with obstacles. Rock stable connection too. Furthermore, audio and video are virtually in sync. Don’t forget that they support TWS function that lets you enjoy wider stereo effect. Double total power output from 60W RMS to 120W RMS too.

Besides Bluetooth, local USB media playback is supported. Enjoy your favorites MP3 all day long. FYI, the USB port can also charge your mobile devices during emergency too. Up to 2A output. As for music playback, it can last up to 12 hours. And requires around 4 hours to fully charge. That’s based on specs.

60W pure output power (RMS) can fill up a large and quiet living room easily. You can throw a small party too if you want. For the best audio experience, try to stay as close as possible to the speaker. You can feel more bass coming out from it then.

Sound Quality
SonicGear Reference Series never let me down. Yes, including this one. You and I can enjoy wonderful music out of the box. Everything is well-tuned indeed. Yes, the standard mode provides balance and natural sound. That’s the sound I prefer most. Followed by outdoor mode with enhanced treble and reduced bass. The last one is surround sound mode. Just like its name, it provides cinematic listening experience.

Yes, all thanks to professional DSP chipset that provides better sound listening experience. The highs are clear and crisp. All the musical instruments sound as they should. The mids continue to shine. Vocals for both females and males sound natural. Bass is powerful for such a small profile. Yes, you can feel the bumping bass here and there. In short, excellent sound for the price.
