Samsung Galaxy S II is a great smartphone to play Android Games. Its bigger brother Samsung Galaxy Note which is using the very same ARM Mali-400 MP GPU should performs well in gaming, right? Not really because Samsung Galaxy Note has higher resolution at HD 720p (1280×800) on 5.3″ screen. Some games might have issue with that resolution. And 3D games speed performance might be slower too. But one thing for sure, it is great to play games on 720p 5.3″ screen. Bigger is always better… And great to play with gamepad like GameSir G4s (read GameSir G4s Review to know more).

Not enough internal USB storage disk space on Samsung Galaxy Series smartphone like Galaxy S II, Galaxy Note and Galaxy S III? There is around 11 GB internal USB storage disk (sdcard) on Samsung Galaxy S3 (16 GB version). And some of you might face running out of sdcard disk space issue sooner. Even with external micro SD card, you can’t install applications and games directly on it. Luckily, you can move applications and games data to external micro SD card with Directory Bind. Note – root access is needed.

Yes, Malaysia Samsung Galaxy S II users no matter using I9100 or I9100G can enjoy latest official Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich firmware from now on. For those who do not install custom ROM or other region ICS firmware, it’s time for you to upgrade with Samsung Kies or through OTA update now. Enjoy DXLP9 firmware for I9100 and DXLP6 firmware for I9100G. Personally, I did not try these firmware because I am using custom ROM on my Samsung Galaxy S2. Hopefully, latest Android 4.0.3 ICS DXLP6 Firmware can solve most of the bugs that face by I9100G users. Waiting for official release is too long for a tech blogger like me.
Besides Malaysia, India is getting official Android 4.0 ICS Firmware for I9100 & I9100G too. Same apply to Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 too…
