There is a new firmware update for Samsung Galaxy S III in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam region. Samsung is pushing OTA update on Samsung Galaxy S3 more frequent lately. Better than HTC which was well known for fast OTA update. I am still waiting for the latest update for my HTC One X which removes the annoying 3 dots menu soft button. Months of waiting and still nothing… Anyway, what are the new features or changes in Samsung Galaxy S3 XXBLH1 Firmware? Let’s me know after you upgraded yours.

New Samsung Galaxy S3 XXBLG1 Firmware Upgrade for Singapore & Malaysia

Yeah… Samsung Galaxy S III users at Singapore and Malaysia can celebrate today because there is a new Samsung Galaxy S3 XXBLG1 Firmware Upgrade for you. But not for me as I am using custom ROM ~ CheckROM EvoHD which based on XXBLFB Firmware (Europe). And this XXBLG1 Firmware Upgrade should have the same features added to XXBLFB Firmware like special effect on camera and auto brightness bar in notification. By the way, XXBLG1 Firmware also has updated modem and CSC to DXLF3 and OLBBLF1.

Yeah… There is a new firmware update for Samsung Galaxy Note II. You can use the easier method ~ upgrade Samsung Galaxy Note 2 firmware with OTA software update. However, you might not get OTA notification about new software update. And “no update available” prompted when you checked for update manually. No worry, there is another official method to upgrade Samsung Galaxy Note 2 firmware ~ through Samsung Kies. Basically, just launch Samsung Kies application at PC or Mac.
