Build quality is great with solid plastic housing with metal speaker grill. It has smooth matte surface by the way. Light in weight and portable indeed. Besides blue colour, there are black and chili red colours to choose. Just pick the one that you love.
All the control buttons are located on the top. And you can’t miss the handy strap. Ease to carry it around no doubt.
USB port, micro SD slot, micro USB port and power on/off switch are located at the back. The is a bass reflex port there too.
Performance Result
Excellent Bluetooth wireless range is what you get from Tango Neo 5. Easily reach up to 7m+ with obstacles like wall. In addition, it has virtually no lag between video and audio. That’s great to use it for movie and games on your mobile devices. Do take note that there is no AUX connection.
Based on specs, it can last up to 5 hours on its 1200mAh battery. For self-charging, it takes around 2 to 3 hours to fully charge. By the way, there is battery life indicator on Android device. iOS should have too.
Tango Neo 5 will start to play MP3 song once plugged in micro SD card or USB flash drive. FM radio is great too. But you need to connect micro USB cable which acts as external antenna. Speakerphone is average. No worry, it does get the job done.
Great sound quality for its price. The treble is nice and you can feel some bass from this small speaker. Definitely better and louder than smartphone’s tiny ones. You won’t feel bass at all I believe. However, Tango Neo 5 is able to bring some excitements with bass enhancement. Yes, it is loud! Easily fill up small quiet room with its 7W RMS total power output. Don’t forget the attractive RGB lighting effects too. Yes, you can turn if off too.
