I managed to jailbreak my iPad 3 (iOS 8.3) with TaiG V2.1.3. And I did not face any stuck issue during jailbreak process. However, some users reported that they faced stuck at 20%, 30%, 40% and 60%. And TaiG Team do a great support by released the latest and newest iOS 8.4 jailbreak tool – V2.4.2. Yes, it is still in beta version but it should fix all the reported issues.
