Wow… There is lot of great and best Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread Firmware for Samsung Galaxy S II. Really hard to determine which one is the best custom firmware for Samsung Galaxy S2. Personally, I won’t stick with stock firmware which is XWKF1 ~ Android 2.3.3 in Malaysia. And still no update until now while other region already got XXKG3, XXKG5 and XXKG6. Thanks to all the developers who develops these firmware. Some ROMs don’t have Samsung bloatware included while some have. Yeah… I love custom firmware. Here is another custom ROM for Samsung Galaxy S II ~ LeoMar75 Revolution ROM. LeoMar75 Rom Revolution v2.5 is a fully ODEXED custom ROM. It is based on latest firmware XXKG6 Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread. Lot of features like mod-battery with incremental rate of 1%, JKAY Theme Settings, fully customizable Extended Power Menu, VOIP for Wi-Fi, BLN… Personally, I like the Revolution boot animation.
MDJ FroYo Revolution NAND Android ROM is the second one that I can get A2SD+ and ClockworkMod Recovery working. AF403 DesireHD was the first one that worked with internal storage display correctly but the speed is slow. MDJ FroYo Revolution’s internal storage does not display correctly but I still manage to install application into ext partition on SD card when mount as USB disk drive. As usual, this ROM has amazing Revolution theme and cool flying animations. It is based on Android 2.2 Froyo and using MDJ S10.2 OC Kernel.
