Package Content & Design
Everything comes well-protected. There are SonicGo 2, micro USB charging cable and user manual. That’s all.
Excellent build quality with sturdy plastic housing. Stylish in design with nice to touch fabric cover in the front. The 52mm speaker driver is under it. By the way, it comes in 3 colours – red, grey and black.
A big round anti-skid pad at the bottom. And you can’t miss the useful strap. Hang the speaker at any place you prefer.
All the buttons are located on the side. The ports are well covered from dust and water.
Performance Result
Outstanding Bluetooth range! SonicGo 2 can connect up to 9m with obstacles like wall. Rock stable connection. In addition, audio and video are virtually in-sync. Don’t forget that they support TWS function that lets you enjoy actual stereo effect. Double total power output from 5W RMS to 10W RMS too.
In addition, it supports FM radio, MP3 player and speakerphone for phone call. Working well as expected. But you need to connect micro USB cable to act as external antenna for FM radio mode. Based on specs, they can play up to 4 hours of non-stop music. And take around 2 to 3 hours to fully charge.
Great sound quality for the price. SonicGear SonicGo 2 is loaded with clear and crisp treble. Bass is decent but don’t expect powerful one. This is normal for such small speaker. As for power output, 5W RMS is good enough to blast in a small quiet room. Get a pair of them if you plan to have louder sound output. And enjoy actual stereo effect too.
