Look like I am not the only one who faces Read Me application was removed after ROM upgraded to new version. Besides Redmi 1S, Redmi Note users face the very same issue. So I took the initiative to upload Xiaomi Read Me App apk here. Just download and install it if yours was gone too. Hopefully, Mi Malaysia will put back Read Me App in future ROM update.
