Armaggeddon MKA-9C PRO comes well protected. Once taken out the keyboard, there are 3 Content modular blue mechanical switches, key cap puller, switch puller and user manual. As usual, take your time to go through the guide.
Excellent build quality for the price. All thanks to wrought iron top cover and solid ABS plastic base. Everything looks great except for the armrest. It’s too short to be used at all. So just treat it like it’s not there.
At the bottom, there are 7 anti-skid pads to provide stability including 2 on the legs. Yes, they are working fine.
Have a closer look at the keyboard leg when extended. And you can’t miss the cool side lighting too.
Performance Result
Content blue mechanical switches perform just like Outemu ones. In short, it is a great budget switch. Solid and performing for a budget one. You get the tactile and clicky feel of a blue switch. And you can’t miss its loudness too. Yes, everyone will know that you are at war when you are playing games.
26-key rolllover! Not 100% anti-ghosting but good enough for gaming. The must-have Windows key lock is there to avoid accidental interruption during extreme gaming. In addition, there is a lot of Fn shortcut keys for you to play with. Yes, you can control volume through the keyboard easily.
9 lighting effects with fixed LED colours. Brightness is okay during the day. Best in the dark environment. Up to 3 brightness levels to select. And can turn it off too. Take your time to play around with them. And pick the one that you prefer. Change them every day…
