SD card Android is not finished yet. Thanks to several xda-developers like copenhagen. They are still making Android ROM for SD card. Copes CyanogenMod 7 SD MAGLDR Android ROM is one of them. It is based on Android 2.3.2 Gingerbread and using AmeriCanAndroid HK853+ Kernel. And good news ~ it is runnable on MAGLDR. Perfect combination with Windows Phone 7 (for those still use it).

Finally, I managed to get Copes CyanogenMod 7 running smoothly on my HTC HD2. Tried previous version but got some issues. This one is almost perfect after I installed ‘LED me know’ to fix the LED light always on issue.

How to install it on SD MAGLDR?
First boot need around 10 minutes because it needs to create 1GB data.img file. You can copy your empty copy of data.img to speed up the process. By the way, be sure to refer back to XDA website for latest version. Enjoy…

Hi Jayce,
Can you please tell me where I can get the ‘LED me know’ to fix the LED light?
Thanks
You can download it from Android Market.
Hi Jacyce,
I’ve installed this Android rom.
Can you please tell me how you got the icons under the notification bar (where the battery icon is) to show like that?
I’m also having a few of issues at the moment with this I hope you can help me with (I’m still pretty new at this):
1. I’ve gone and moved the notification bar to the bottom but forgot where and want it back to the top.
2. When I first open the Gallery app, it starts searching and loading all image files, the problem is the I have alot of save web pages and there are lots of images in those and they all get loaded into the gallery and I keep getting an error message and can’t view any thing in Gallery.
Is there any settings available so it only loads images from a certain folder? and when I take pictures for it to save to this folder?
3. As I’ve mentioned, I have alot of saved webpages that I’ve copied from my PC to my SD card to view offline, but everytime I do open a web page it tries to connect to the internet (I’ve disabled data connection and haven’t got wifi), want can I do to view offline (I can do this in WM)?
4. I don’t know what I’ve done but I can’t trash apps from the desktop by press down on the icon until it vibrates and I should see the trash can and move it in but I can’t see the trash can any more?
5. How can I change the battery icon in the notification bar to show percentage%?
Thank you again for your help.
1. That’s Power Control widget.
2. Sorry, I can’t find any settings on my phone gallery too.
3. Android default browser can’t seem to load offline content. Try to find alternative browser that support office browsing in Android Market.
4. Sorry, I have no idea too.
5. Try to enable it at CyanogenMod Settings. If cannot find, you need to apply battery mod.
