Very unhappy customer!!!
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus with an international warranty in KL as I live in Australia. I was advised that I would be able to use and have my mobile serviced in Australia – this turned out to be incorrect as the unit doesn’t operate correctly and Australia’s Samsung help desk advised that my unit is not covered in Australia.
As far as I know, Samsung does not have international warranty.
Hi Jayce – I bought the unit on 26/9/2012 at Plaza Low Yat (Invoice number 281022349) from a guy I believe was called Hong at the Samsung retail outlet Lot G013. My wife and I asked the salesman about the international warranty and he repeatedly told us that he would register the international warranty and that I could get the unit repaired in Australia.
Please investigate my claim and reply.
