Snapdragon 810 and 808 SoC are powered by 64-bit quad core ARM Cortex-A57 CPUs and Cortex-A53 CPUs. And loaded with Adreno 430 and 418 GPU. Besides, they are using 20nm technology node which has exceptionally low power consumption and lesser heat output. It’s all about 64-bit in the future, are you willing to wait for it? Or just grab whatever in the market now?
