Finally, Xiaomi Mi Note is coming to Malaysia and Singapore. Xiaomi missed the Q2 launch schedule but managed to get Xiaomi Mi Note out in the first month of Q3. Xiaomi Mi 4i 32GB is coming to India

Yeah… Xiaomi Mi 4i 32GB version is coming to India. Xiaomi Mi 4i should come in 32GB version in the first place. 16GB is just not enough for device without SD card expansion slot. 32GB storage makes it a perfect combo on device with Snapdragon 64-bit octa-core processor 615 CPU @ 1.7GHz and Adreno 405 GPU. You can install more intensive 3D games there. Play them on 5″ Sharp/JDI 1080p Full HD display. And take more photos and videos with 13MP Sony/Samsung camera (5-element lens, f/2.0 aperture and two-tone flash).

How to check MIUI 6 ROM app usage statistics?

Yeah… There is lot of hidden features on MIUI 6 ROM. I discovered few of them while playing with my new Xiaomi Redmi 2. Yup, you can check application usage statistics on MIUI 6. Basically, it will list up all the applications and games that you launched previously according to time. You can use it to find out what other people are doing with their or your phone. Too bad that there is no duration usage there.

Fix can’t receive Line, WhatsApp, WeChat’s push notification on Redmi 2?

Why can’t I receive push notification from Line application on Xiaomi Redmi 2? Normally, push notification is available when the chatting apps like WhatsApp, WeChat, Viber are in use or running in the back-end as background process. However, if you sign out or clear RAM of these apps, it might result of this unavailability of push notification. Seem like this is part of MIUI OS system behavior. Therefore, this issue might not be limited Redmi 2 only but all Xiaomi devices (Mi 3, Mi 4, Mi 4i, Redmi Note (3G/4G), Mi Note, Mi Note Pro) powered by MIUI 5 & 6. Anyway, there is a way to solve this problem.

How to enable one-handed mode on Redmi 2?

Do you have small hand? Xiaomi Redmi 2 4.7″ screen is considered small compare to other smartphones in the market. However, even I cannot reach all 100% of 4.7″ screen with one hand operation. Therefore, MIUI’s one-handed mode comes to rescue. Yup, it will make phone screen smaller to 4″ or 3.5″. You should be able to perform all tasks with one hand then. Of course, the only downside – smaller screen.
