Software
You don’t need any software in order to use ESD240C. However, Transcend Elite will provide you a lot of useful functions like instant backups and scheduled backups. Restore from any point on the backup task list. Protect files with powerful 256-bit AES encryption. It is compatible with macOS, Windows OS and Android.
You can even lock the SSD drive with password. Only you can access those files then. Isn’t that great?
Performance Result
Excellent performance for a 3D NAND flash SSD portable hard drive. Period. Up to 534 MB/s for reading and 441 MB/s for writing on sequence Q8T1 test in CrystalDiskMark 7.0.0 benchmark.
ATTO Disk Benchmark 4.01 gives slightly slower results. As usual, speed may vary due to host hardware, software, usage, and storage capacity.
AS SSD Benchmark performance is about the same as ATTO. You can refer IOPS and access time scores here now.

She is able to copy all the design soft copies from PC to ESD240C fast and easy. And show her clients when needed.
