Package Content & Design
What is in the package? The AudioBox BBX100 speaker of course. And follow by AUX cable, micro USB cable for charging, user manual and wired microphone for karaoke. That’s all.

AudioBox BBX100 build quality is decent thanks to solid ABS plastic as housing. And metal grill that cover the front single 4″ speaker driver.

Simple design with handle on top to ease carry around. Yes, BBX100 is a handy and portable speaker for sure.

All the stuffs are located on top. Yes, media playback buttons, slots and inputs are there. Just refer to photos for details.

2 long anti-skid pads at the bottom that provide strong grip by the way.

Performance Result
Outstanding wireless range is what you get from AudioBox BBX100. Smooth and consistent playback up to 8m with obstacles like wall. However, it does have little lag on audio and video sync. Not so great experience while using it for movie and games. No issue on music playback though. As usual, AUX input is there for non-Bluetooth devices. BBX T1000 will start to play MP3 song once plugged in USB flash drive or micro SD card. Yup, breakpoint memory feature is supported where it will continue to playback the last song and at the place that left off after power off or USB drive was ejected. That’s great. No need to find and start all over again. As for FM radio, I can’t seem to get it to work. Just ignore it.

14 hours of non-stop music playback is what I get from its 800mAh lithium battery. As usual, tests were done with average room sound level. And battery life will be shorter when play louder at maximum level. For self-charging, it takes around 2 hours to fully charge.

Yeah… We all love karaoke. There is mic echo effect too by the way. But the included microphone does not perform so well. You need to put mic very close to your mouth in order to get clear vocal. Do invest a better one if you plan to use mic a lot. BBX100 can go really loud with 5W RMS output. Easily blast the whole large living room. However, it is not recommended to push to maximum volume as distortion might kick in depending on your songs. It’s just a 5W speaker after all. As for sound quality, it is decent for its price. Clear treble and nice bass. A handy portable speaker for you to carry around with ease.
