Yeah… Canon released latest version of Canon Digital Photo Professional DPP 3.8.0.0 for Windows and 3.8.1.0 for Mac OS X. Besides DPP, Canon also released WFT Utility 3.5.1 for Windows, EOS Utility 2.8.1 Updater for Windows and Picture Style Editor 1.7.0 for Windows at the same day. It is an updater but you can install it directly with Install Canon Digital Photo Professional Updater directly patch. Changes for Digital Photo Professional 3.8.0 / 3.8.1

  1. Supports Windows 7 / Supports Mac OS X 10.6.
  2. Supports additional model The EOS Kiss X4 / EOS REBEL T2i / EOS 550D is now supported.
  3. Adds a lens that supports the aberration correction function. EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM is newly supported.
  4. Adds a function for adjusting the angle of an image to the Trimming tool.

Sony Alpha7R II, RX100 IV & RX10 II arrive Malaysia

Finally, the new flagship full-frame mirrorless camera from Sony, the α7R II and the versatile Cyber-shot cameras, compact RX100 IV and high-zoom RX10 II cameras arrive Malaysia stores. Sony α7R II full-frame interchangeable lens camera with 42.4 Megapixels, 4K Video Recording and 40% Faster AF will be available in mid-August at suggested retail price of RM11,999 (body only). The new Sony Cyber-shot RX100 IV and RX10 II cameras with new stacked sensor, 4K video recording and 40x super slow motion recording are available in black at suggested retail price of RM3,799 and RM5,299 respectively. The RX100 IV is ready to be taken home from 27th July onwards. On the other hand, the RX10 II will be opened for pre-order from 1st August onwards.

Honor 5X Camera Functions, Photo & Video Samples

Huawei Honor 5X is loaded with stacked 13 MP image sensor with SmartImage 3.0 image processor. Yup, that’s the rear camera that has F2.0 aperture, 28 mm wide angle lens with five elements and macro mode for close-up shots from just a few centimeters away. Besides, it also has ultra-strong, fingerprint-resistant cover that is even more scratch-resistant than glass. And anti-reflective coating to increase the amount of light entering the lens, enabling the camera to take clearer shots in low-light conditions. For front, it is equipped with 5MP camera that has F2.4 aperture, 22 mm wide-angle lens with four elements, large 1.4 micron pixel size and an 88-degree viewing angle for panoramic selfies. Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM Lens was introduced back in June 1993. It is an old lens but many photographers still like it included me. It is sharp, light, and fast. It contains two high-refraction lens elements and one Gaussian optics. It becomes 80mm equivalent with attach to 1.6x crop SLR camera with APS-C sensor like Canon EOS 400D Digital or his brother Canon EOS 40D Digital. It is a wonderful portrait lens.
