How to know which Samsung Galaxy S3 model that I have? Go to Settings – About device – Model number. You should see Model number as GT-I9300 like picture above. Make sure that you download and install the correct CF-Auto-Root for your SGS3 model. And be sure to get more information at XDA website.

Personally, I did not try CF-Auto-Root on my SGS3. No idea about OTA. But Samsung Kies should working fine with it just like CF-Root.
