Package Content & Design
Vinnfier Xenon 6 BTR comes well protected. Besides the speakers, there are 3.5mm to RCA audio cable and user manual. That’s all. Do go through the guide to get started on how to use Bluetooth, FM radio, MP3 player and so on.
Build quality is decent thanks to tough wooden cabinet. Most of the housing for both satellite speakers and subwoofer are using MDF wood except the front plastic panel. Just refer to below photos for its design in details…
Alright, this is the subwoofer with 24W RMS total power. Comes with 5″ bass driver enclosed inside. Bass reflex port is located on top right as you can see. While all other inputs and controls are located at front including the colourful LED lights.
At the back, there are AUX input and output. Power on / off switch and an external FM radio antenna for you to get the best signal. Lastly, 4 tall anti-skid pads at the bottom.
As for satellite speakers, there are loaded with 8W RMS power. 3″ driver speaker driver at the bottom. No tweeters for your information. The top one is just plastic.
Lastly, check out this attractive 7 colours pulsating RGB LED effects. Yes, it does not display only one colour at the same time but multiple ones as you can see. Up to 7 mode effects for you to play with. You can also turn it off totally.
Performance Result
Outstanding Bluetooth wireless range is what you will get from Vinnfier Xenon 6 BTR. Close both eyes to pass in 10m straight sight line test. Almost up to 8m with obstacles like wall. And the most important part – it has virtually no lag between video and audio. All thanks to fast Bluetooth chipset. Yes, that’s great for TV drama, movie and games when connected with smartphone and tablet.
Xenon 6 BTR comes with built-in MP3 player and FM radio. It will start playing MP3 after SD card/USB flash drive is plugged in. And will remember and continue to playback the song when power was cut off. As for FM radio, signal is clear thanks to the adjustable external antenna. As usual, that’s depend on your area FM coverage too. For me, it is working well. There is only one complaint here – it can’t remember the last used audio source and LED mode. Always started in AUX mode (great for PC users) and with LED on (bad for those who want to have it off permanently).
I love speaker system with treble and bass volume controls. You can change the sound signature to suit your preferences this way. Make it balance or V shape that bring more exciting listening experience. Totally up to you. Xenon 6 BTR has that as you can see. Personally, I set treble at 20% and 50% on bass. That’s the perfect settings for me. It brings sparkling and bright highs and booming bass. Vocal is on the little bit cool side by the way…
40W is more than enough to blast in a big living room. Xenon 6 BTR surely bring lot of excitements no matter in movie, games or music listening. Enjoy clear and sharp treble yet pumping bass from here and there. The Greatest Showman which I am fond lately does perform well on it. You can feel the excitement on The Greatest Show soundtracks. And love on Rewrite the Stars. Overall, Vinnfier Xenon 6 BTR sounds great for its price.
