Wow… Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread (GRJ90) is here on HTC HD2. Yes, I am still updating HTC HD2 related stuffs. No worry… What are the new features of Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread (GRJ90)? I can’t find the exact feature list but NFC transceiver support was for sure. Don’t ever think about NFC on HTC HD2 nor even my new Samsung Galaxy S2 because both of them don’t have NFC hardware support. Anyway, it does not stop us from upgrading to the latest Android build, right? Something good might also come along with it. By the way, this build also includes Tytung GPS Libraries v1.8.
Yoo… The I/O and 2D speed was increased compare to Android 2.3.4 build that I tested last time. Isn’t that great? By the way, do check out XDA for other BOYPPC-SHIFTPDA series builds.
Installation guide ~ How to Install CWM NAND Android on HTC HD2? (Video)
Download BOYPPC-SHIFTPDA 2.3.5 CM7 HoneyComB V39 [Kernel: Tytung r10] NAND A2SD+ Zip ROM here.
after installing 2.3.5 with EX i get NAND kernel open failed
Nope, did not try Go EX build.
Hi Jayce..it seems that I cannot download the file using IDM..its always give error feedback..any solution?
Don’t use IDM to download. Certain download sites don’t like it. Just use browser to download will do.
why is there some clk-folder on that rar? where i need that? do i install this android with that “how to install nand android with clockworkmod recovery” or what?
Ignore it. That’s for CLK installation. Install it with CWM.
when i was installing older BOYPPC ROM’s i always found at the “Android keyboard – Input Language” the Hebrew language
when i installed the 2.3.5 ROM’s (tried 2, the CM7 and the EX) i can see Hebrew as the main language (MUI) but no at the keyboard input. any idea?
I think the ROM chef removed it.
how can i install it back again?
No sure about that. But you can install 3rd party keyboard like GO Keyboard with Hebrew support – https://market.android.com/details?id=com.jb.gokeyboard.langpack.heb
Yaniv, I have the same issue. Using Anysoftkeyboard. It works fine.
