Can’t wait for official Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update for Google Nexus 7? Well, you can install the Android 4.2 OTA update manually now. My friend, Bernie and I just did that. And it is working great. Yes, enjoy latest Android 4.2 features like multi-user support, quick settings, keyboard with gesture typing, photo sphere camera (not working on Nexus 7)… Note – you need to have stock Android 4.1.2 build JZO54K ROM in order to install this Android 4.2 OTA update.

Better than HTC which was well known for fast OTA update. I am still waiting for the latest update for my HTC One X which removes the annoying 3 dots menu soft button. Yeah… Samsung Galaxy S III users at Singapore and Malaysia can celebrate today because there is a new Samsung Galaxy S3 XXBLG1 Firmware Upgrade for you. But not for me as I am using custom ROM ~ CheckROM EvoHD which based on XXBLFB Firmware (Europe). And this XXBLG1 Firmware Upgrade should have the same features added to XXBLFB Firmware like special effect on camera and auto brightness bar in notification. By the way, XXBLG1 Firmware also has updated modem and CSC to DXLF3 and OLBBLF1.
