Energy ROM is my favourite custom Windows Mobile 6.5 ROM. But it is not updated for long long time like most of other WinMo 6.5 custom ROM. However, there is one custom Windows Mobile 6.5 ROM is still being updated in year 2013. Yes, Artemis Windows Mobile 6.5 ROM for HTC HD2 is the one. It is based on HTC LEO-S 3.14 (Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 AKU 5.3.12.10 – Build 29077) and HTC Manila Core v2.5.20221228 (HTC Sense 2022). And supports multiple languages like English, French, German, Italian, Greek, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish and Denmark. Download CyanogenMod 10 Android 4.2 Jelly Bean ROM for Samsung Galaxy S3

CyanogenMod ROM is my favourite Android ROM for HTC HD2. But I seldom use CM ROM since Samsung Galaxy S2 because CyanogenMod team does not have Samsung Exynos SoC source code. So you can’t enjoy all the features that can be found on Samsung own firmware. But what make me try CyanogenMod 10.1 Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean ROM for Samsung Galaxy S3? Force 4x MSAA feature (Enable 4x MSAA in OpenGL ES 2.0 apps) in Android 4.2 Jelly Bean is the one. There is no Samsung firmware based on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean yet. So install CyanogenMod 10.1 ROM on Samsung Galaxy S3 is one of the way to test 4x MSAA feature (Google Nexus 7 with Tegra 3 does not support MSAA). Besides, you can also try out other Android 4.2 Jelly Bean features too…

Most of my Android devices are loaded with custom ROM. Only HTC One X (which not yet unlock bootloader due to warranty void issue) and Google Nexus 7 (stock ROM is good enough for the moment) are in stock OS. My Samsung Galaxy Note II is loaded with Android Revolution HD ROM just like Galaxy S3. Why use custom ROM instead of stock firmware? Malaysia firmware is always late to update when compare to Europe region firmware. Therefore, why limit yourself and not to try out latest and greatest stuffs in newer firmware. Besides, Android Revolution HD ROM for Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has lot of goodies in store. Android Revolution HD 8.0 is based on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean – latest official Samsung XXDLL7 firmware. Of course, it is fully optimized, tweaked and rooted. Don’t like stock firmware on your Samsung Galaxy Note II? Try out latest and greatest custom ROM out there. Most of custom ROMs for Galaxy Note 2 are loaded with latest Android version like Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. And with tweaks, modifications and optimizations. Of course, it is pre-rooted as well too. But before to try out these goodies, make sure that you have make a full system backup with CWM first because custom ROM will replace your existing firmware. So back to the question ~ How to install custom ROM on Samsung Galaxy Note 2 with ClockworkMod Recovery (CWM)?

  • Custom ROM

Wow… The legendary HTC HD2 is still alive and kicking. HTC HD2 may not able to get Windows Phone 8 Apollo update. But you can enjoy WP7.8 ROM (OS version 7.10.8835.35) on HTC HD2 now. And it is fully unlocked. Of course it is loaded with other goodies like Ultrashot Root Manager, WM Device Center, USB Video, Nokia Camera Extras, Nokia Drive… Personally, I still prefer Android over Windows Phone. But there is lot of HTC HD2 owners who love Windows Phone will like to download and install this WP7.8 ROM for their HTC HD2.
